Here is an interesting pair of heel strap sandals to take you into the Fall. The ‘Ivy’ strappy pseudo-slide by Glory Chen is just downright interesting, no matter how you look at them! From the multi color stripe wooden cone heels to the adorable button detailing, they are simply a lovely departure from the ordinary. $288 @ edgeofurge.

They are lovely, Vicki. But I wonder about how clunky they might appear with a dress. It would probably take someone taller than I am to pull that off properly. But wow, the details are just fun!

Hmmm.. A clog/mule….

Well, I think my problem with this shoe, is that I personally as an individual could not pull this look off. I think they are too heavy and large looking for me, I am not a woman with a petite frame and they just wouldn’t work on me. I can see the value of them, i can see them being cute, but something about the mule/clog style just doesnt do it for me.

I’d feel like Heidi of the future, maybe?
