Do you have a shoe that you only wear for a couple months of the year? For me its loafers. I love wearing loafers from the end of summer til the snow falls. I love wearing them with ankle pants and no socks… or sometimes with jeans, still no socks. The platform pump from Enzo Angiolini has quite a bit going for it in terms of trendiness, first the blue denim fabric is spot on for Spring style and second, it sports the ever trendy cork platform heel. Besides being trendy & stylish, they are ever so adorable! For some reason these shoes make me think of a sexy 50′s film star stepping out of her Hollywood bungalow on a sweet Spring day. This season if you are looking to add a bit of sophistication to your wardrobe, try adding a bit of flannel wool to your feet. The Kate Spade ‘Bertie’ pump is definitely the “Wow” factor you’ve been searching for! Another Fall Season is beginning and yet another sweet year for ankle boots! I love ankle boots, it probably stems from my angst ridden teen years growing up in the eighties when leggings, skinny jeans, tunics, belts cinched at the waist, and ankle boots made up 90% of my wardrobe. Of course all of those things are trending again and I’m glad of that – thank God big hair hasn’t followed on their coat tails! Auqua Net and hair teasing in leggings and ankle boots…. doesn’t get more eighties than that now does it. lol
