I like shoes that are a bit out of the ordinary, and these wonderfully unconventional oxford sling backs certainly foot the bill. The vamp is a delicious cocktail of white canvas and perforated leather with the addition of laces which really serves to bring the shoe together. This is one of the best hybrids I’ve seen this season and I’m loving the oxford/slingback/sandal combo. What do you think? The ‘Marie‘ from J. Shoes is a wonderful Spring Tie Top Oxford style shoe that will wear well with anything from sheath dress to jeans. I like the classic look in the lighter Spring colors, the 3 1/4 webbed heel is a good cross between high heel & wedge, and is eye catching as well. I really am crazy for all of the oxford heels I’m seeing this season, I seem to be drawn to them for a variety of reasons, I find the cross between the classic masculine look and the feminine heels is quite enchanting. This pair by Bally – Glania with it’s elegant patent & tassels adds a graceful balance, to an already charming trend.

Rafaello Network is having a huge sale on Miu Miu, this a great opportunity to pick up on a great value. Miu Miu is the youngest Line by Prada.
Here is my Sale “Wish List”.
1. A great staple for Fall, a pair of black flats. This style works for those wet and slippery fall days when sensible and fashionable must work together. I like the lacing and feminine bow on this shoe, and the simple yet elegant styling of the shoe.
2. This Grey peep toe flat is THE Fall Look, It will go with everything , the black and grey suede bows are very ladylike without being an overstatement. These shoes will move from work to dinner, to late night fun -
3. Dress them up, dress them down – this pair will go anywhere with me. The chocolate brown suede combine with the pearly buttons and red accent to really make this a terrific looking shoe.
4. Well Heel Loafers, my fall wardrobe wouldn’t be complete without a great pair of penny loafers!
5. Last, I’ve chosen the leather round toe pumps. The jeweled cluster and bow add that touch of femininity the season calls for while the studs adorning the shoe keep it from being too fufu-ish.

I hadn’t noticed the Bobbi Blu label until I got my September issue of Elle. After seeing the pic of their Aromic shoe, I began looking online for more. Much to my surprise, I’m having real difficulties finding them. I had to go to the boobiblufootwear.com website to even see the collection for fall and then I tried to follow the websites links for “Where to buy”, but only two of the sites even had them listed and of those two, only three pieces were even offered.
I like the look of the Bobbi Blu fall shoes, I think for moderately priced trendy shoes they are a Stand-Out, I simply wish they weren’t so difficult to find. From what I could tell from the Dillards and Buckle websites, a pair of Blu’s run around $70.

Well, that sounds like my kind of shoe – and by the looks of them, they probably are.
This first pair is the Required shoe by Bobbi Blu. Miss Vicki likes it very much.
This next is the Aromic, I’m lov’in it.
Check out the Astria, I adore this one. I like the vintage styling with the bow accent on the back, and the collar, I’m loving the collar – I want this shoe! If anyone can find it online, please post and let me know where I can purchase.
Next is the Halter, I like the ruffle combined with the buckles it makes this boot simply divine.
Last, I liked the Prior, Need I say more? Just look at the shoe… provided they wear as well as they show – I’m in love!
UPDATE! Thanks to an email from a reader, I now know that Bobbi Blu is a new collection from the designers at Kensie, from what I was told the Kensie Footwear Line is no more, to be replaced now with the Bobbi Blu Label. Thanks for the info – if anyone else has more info on Bobbi Blu or Kensie please email me at vicki at soleshebang.com!
Oh, and I’m still trying to find a store carrying the Astria, I just have to get this shoe!
